Water Street, on the corner of N. Water Street and North Drive(in the area <br /> commonly called "The Elms". During this span of time, we have never received any <br /> complaints from the neighbors regarding the print shop. The closest neighbor lives <br /> at 2164 N. Water Street and our structures are only 7 feet apart. The other neighbor <br /> on the East at 3 North Drive is 12 feet from our property line. <br /> We are desiring to combine the Owen Press Printers and Mr. Rush Copy & Print <br /> into one facility. At the present time we employ 8 persons. <br /> I feel that by us moving to the building at 1994 N. Water that it would in <br /> no way change the corner as it is now.
