� � . � , t ', ��.�� II� ORDINANCE N0 . 84�-56 ORDINANCE AI�IELIDING SPECIAL USE PELtMIT I� - ELKS LAKEVIEW LODGE 1132 - WHERr.AS , on the 6th day of September, 1984, upon due notice , the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the peti- tion of Lakeview Lodge No . 1132 , Elks , to amend the special use permit to operate and maintain a private lodge heretofore granted by Ordinance No . 5758 for the premises described below so as to a11ow the operation of a kitchen-restaurant for members and their guests in the existing frame building located at 1094 S . Franklin Street , on premises described as follows : Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3) , Four (4) and Five (S) of Heminger ' s Subdivision to the City of Decatur , Iilinois , as per Plat recorded in Book 149 , page 378 of the Records in the Recorder ` s Office of Nlacon County, I1linois ; except the North 17 . 3 feet of the West 230 . 9 fieet of said Lot Fcur (4) ; Also The East I07 2 feet of Lot Eleven (11) in Block 'I�ao (2) � of Mich1 , Harpstrite & Shlaudeman' s Subdivision of Lot Twenty-two (22) in the iVW 4 of the NW 4 of Section 23 , , Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P .M. , as I per P1at recorded in Book 97 , page 103 of the Records I in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois ; and I j.JHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its I�'� findings and did recommend that said special use permit be modi- I fied as requested.
