� • <br />� treatment facility, acquire title to and possession of real <br /> property situated in the City and in the County of Macon and <br /> State of Illinois , described as : <br /> Lots 1 through 34 inclusive of Block 1 and Lots 1 <br /> through 34 inclusive of Block 2 in LeForgee and <br /> Patterson' s Addition to the City of Decatur as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 22 Page 564 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois . <br /> Section 4 . That it be and it is hereby determined that <br /> the aforesaid real property and the acquisition thereof is <br /> necessary for a public use and purpose. <br /> Section 5 . That the City Manager and Corporation <br /> Counsel, jointly and severally, be, and they are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to cause said real property to be <br />' acquired on behalf of the City, and in the event the same is <br /> not able to be acquired by agreement with the owners thereof <br /> upon the compensation or consideration to be paid or furnished <br />' for the same, or in the event title thereto is defective, then <br /> title to and possession of said real property shall be <br /> acquired by and for the City by the exercise of condemnation <br /> under the Eminent Domain law of the State of Illinois . <br /> Section 6 .
