Chapter 49 <br /> 13 . Class A, C and D licensed premises shall have • <br /> separate sanitary toilets maintained in clean and sanitary <br /> condition for males and females respectively. <br /> 14 . Local liquor licensed premises and the operations <br /> therein and thereof shall comply, in addition to the <br /> provisions of this Chapter, with the applicable provisions <br /> of law, ordinance, code, rule or regulation. <br /> 15 . No person shall sell, deliver or consume alcoholic <br /> liquor, and no licensee shall permit the same, on or in the <br /> premises licensed hereunder between 2:00 A.M. and 6 :00 A.M. on <br /> Mondays through Saturdays or between 2 : 00 A.M. and 10: 00 A.M. <br /> on Sundays except that liquor may be sold or consumed until <br /> 3 : 00 A.M. on January l, each year. <br /> 16 . During those hours in which alcoholic liquor shall • <br /> not be sold, delivered or consumed in premises licensed <br /> hereunder, alcoholic liquor shall not be consumed in the <br /> meeting or public rooms or hotels or motels or in any public <br /> place of accomodation or amusement or place of public resort , <br /> including but not limited to, places selling mix, ice, water <br /> and providing drinking utensils for the purpose of mixing <br /> drinks containing alcoholic liquors for consumption thereat , <br /> or those places commonly known as bottle clubs and similar <br /> places . <br /> 17 . No owner, possessor, manager, person in control or <br /> in charge or licensed premises , or of premises referred to in <br /> Section 16 of this Chapter, shall knowingly permit the violation • <br />
