It would be constructed at a height of <br /> 6 ' , on 4 x 4 posts and on a 2 x 4 frame. <br /> Because of the change , the fence shown on the Plan <br /> immediately North of the pool, will not be constructed. The area <br /> lying North of the pool, between the pool and the fence to be <br /> constructed, will be used in connection with the pool. It will <br /> largely consist of a grassy area. <br /> Also, the developer would propose to construct those seven <br /> parking spaces that were part of the original Lot 4 on the Northe <br /> Towne Viiliage Residence Development Plan, located approximately <br /> 60 ' East of Lot 4 ' s West property line and just South of the North <br /> driveway to Lots 4 and 5 of Northe Towne Villiage . These parking <br /> spaces are to be used in connection with Lot 5 and the <br /> improvements to be constructed on Lot 5. <br />
