C� — C`� <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />, - COMMODITY SCRAP PROCESSING - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of May, 1984 , upon due notice the <br /> � <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Dove Retired Senior Volunteer Program for a special <br /> use permit to operate a commodity scrap processing business in <br /> the City of Decatur , Illinois , on premises described as : <br /> Lots One (1) , Two ( 2) and Three (3) of G. J . Parke ' s <br /> Resurvey of part of Block 1 of R. J . Oglesby Addition <br /> to Decatur and Lot Nine ( 9) County Clerk' s <br /> Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter (1/4) Northeast <br /> Quarter (14) Section 15 , Township 16 North, Range Two <br /> ( 2 ) East of the 3rd P.M. , as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 335 , Page 254 of the records in the Recorder ' s <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois ; and , <br /> WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that the prayer of said petition be <br /> granted . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l . That the findings and recommendations of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and <br /> approved . <br /> Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, <br /> a special use permit to operate a commodity scrap processing <br /> business on the premises aforesaid be , and it is hereby, granted <br /> to Dove Retired Senior Volunteer Program. <br /> Section 3 . That said permit be , and it is hereby, expressly <br /> conditioned as follows : <br /> (a) That said business and premises be developed <br /> substantially in compliance with the site plan thereof attached <br /> hereto and marked Exhibit A; <br /> (b) That said business be limited to the purchasing <br /> and crushing of aluminum cans ; <br /> (c ) That the crushing machinery used be located within <br /> a building , and the crushed aluminum cans be deposited in a semi- <br />
