The tract is unimproved <br /> and was previously used by its former owner as a mobile home sales <br /> lot, operated as a non-conforming u5e under tbe Decatur Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Its present zoning category (R-1) occurred when annexed <br /> to the City of Decatur some years ago. <br /> Immediately adjoining. tracts of land are zoned M-1.
