55 . In City parking Lots 1, 3, 4 and 10, and that <br /> portion of Lot 2 so designated, parking meter zones are <br /> hereby established, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to cause meters to be placed thereat <br /> as provided herein. <br /> 56 . The City Manager may cause to be reserved parking <br /> spaces in City parking garages to be used for monthly or <br /> other than hourly parking, and such spaces shall be so <br /> marked and designated, the number of said spaces to be <br /> based on demand. City parking Lot 2, except that portion <br /> designated as parking meter zones, is hereby reserved for <br /> monthly or other than hourly parking , and spaces in said <br /> portion of Lot 2 shall be so marked and designated. <br />� 57. The hourly charges or rates for occupancp of each <br />, space designated for same in City Parking Garages B and C <br /> are as follows : <br /> a.
