The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly <br /> parking in spaces designated for the same on the upper <br /> levels of Garages B and C is Twelve Dollars ( $12.00) per <br /> month. <br /> 61. The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly <br /> parking by motorcycles in spaces designated for the same in <br /> Garages A and B shall be one-half (1/2) the rate se� out <br /> elsewhere herein for other vehicles. <br /> 62 . No person shall park, store or leave standing a <br /> motor vehicle in those areas of Garages B and C and Lot 2 <br /> reserved for monthly or other than hourly parking, unless <br /> the owner or operator of such vehicle shall have received <br /> from the Finance Department a permit for such parking of <br /> such vehicle and shall have paid the charges for the same <br /> for the then current period, and such permit shall be then <br /> displayed upon such vehicle. <br /> 63 . Applications for permits to use the space in the <br /> areas designated for monthly or other than hourly parking, <br /> shall be made to the Director of Finance and shall be <br /> accompanied by payment of the monthly fee for the applicable <br /> period. <br />
