Boomer to rezone premises described as : <br /> The North 261. 15 feet of the East Half (E 1/2 ) of the <br /> West Half (W 1/2 ) of the West Half (W 1/2 ) of the South � <br /> Half ( S 1/2 ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4 ) of the I <br /> Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 ) of Section 30 , Township 16 <br /> North, Range 3 East of the Third ( 3rd) Principal <br /> Meridian, being 1. 00 acres , more or less , located in the <br /> County of Macon, State of Illinois , <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> , <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that ; <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. � <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations , restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br /> � <br />
