��� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ��I-'l ( <br /> AN ORDINAIVCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - ORCHARD AND ILLINOIS STREETS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCT_L OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Orchard <br /> Street approaching Illinois Street from either the east or <br /> west shall stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on <br /> Illinois Street which have entered the intersection of said <br /> streets or which are approaching so closely thereto as to <br /> constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver having so <br /> stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such <br /> time as a safe interval occurs . <br /> Section 2 .
