' � r� . <br /> _ � . <br /> � <br /> ORDINANCE N0. ��- - J � <br /> ORDINAIVCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 49 - ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS - <br /> SPORTS FOUNDATION <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Code be, and the same is hereby, <br /> amended at Section 4 of Chapter 49 thereof by substituting for <br /> "Class E" and adding "Class F" therein and thereto, as follows : <br /> Class E, under which the licensee may only be the <br /> State or a department, agency, or instrumentality <br /> thereof, or a unit of local government, and <br /> alcoholic liquor may be sold only for consumption <br /> on licensed premises owned by the licensee wherever <br /> or however situated, or however classified for zoning <br /> purposes within the City; <br /> Class F, under which the licensee may only be a not <br /> for profit charitable foundation having as its primary <br /> purpose the conduct and promotion of at least one <br /> seasonal outdoor field sport such as baseball, football, <br /> rugby, soccer, or the like, and which operates an <br /> outdoor facility appropriate to said sport whereat <br /> no alcoholic beverage other than beer is sold and <br /> then only during the usual season for said sport, <br /> and which is situated in a zoning district other than <br /> the Residence, Office, Park Mobile Home or Neighborhood <br /> Shopping districts . <br /> Section 2 . That said Code be, and the same is hereby <br />� further amended at Section 6 of said Chapter 49 , so that said <br /> Section as so amended shall provide as follows : <br /> 6 . An annual license fee of $1, 250 . 00 shall be paid <br /> and shall accompany each application, except such fee <br /> for a Class F license shall be $625 . 00 . A permit fee <br /> of $10 . 00 per day shall be paid and shall accompany <br /> the request for a temporary permit . There shall be no <br /> prorate or rebate of a fee once paid. <br /> Section 3 . That said Code at said Chapter 49 , be, and the <br /> same is hereby, further amended at Section 10 thereof by <br /> substituting a semi-colon for the period at the end thereof, <br /> and adding thereto the words and figure "Class F,. l. " <br />
