That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, the drivers of vehicles on Hickory Point Road <br /> approaching Koester Drive from either direction shall yield the <br /> right-of-way to any vehicle in the intersection of said streets <br /> or approaching the same so closely as to constitute an immediate <br /> hazard. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ( $1. 00 ) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ( $200 . 00 ) for each offense . <br /> Section 3 .
