. ' ; , � . <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants <br /> set out herein, it is agreed by and between R. D. McMILLIN <br /> (Owner) , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, (City) , as follows : <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement and the installation, <br /> operation and use of the water service authorized hereby are <br /> expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes , <br /> ordinances , rules and regulations of City, and Owner agrees to <br /> comply therewith. <br /> 2 . Upon obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner <br /> followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits , <br /> Owner may tap the water main of City existing in NW Route 121 and <br /> connect a water service thereto to furnish residential service <br /> only to the premises of Owner, commonly known as 1756 NW Rte. <br /> 121, and described as : <br /> 55 feet of even width off the East side of that <br /> part of Lot 9 of Parish' s Subdivision as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 335, Page 577 of the <br /> records in the Recorder' s Off ice of Macon <br /> County, Illinois , lying North of S .B. I . Route <br /> 121. <br /> 3 . Said tap, connection and service shall be made and <br /> installed by a licensed plumber. <br /> 4 . The water furnished by City shall only be used for <br /> domestic purposes and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5 . At such time as said premises become contiguous to the <br /> corporate limits of City the then owners of said premises shall <br /> within ninety ( 90 ) days after receiving notice from City thereof <br />
