� • <br /> a • <br /> and that petitioner furnish to the City a copy of <br /> the lease for such parking spaces at all times <br /> that the same is in effect, the initial lease <br /> being for a period of not less than five ( 5 ) <br /> years . <br /> (b ) That the general exterior appearance of the <br /> structure located on said premises shall remain <br /> substantially as it currently exists as shown by <br /> the photographs of same attached hereto as Group <br /> Exhibit A and made a part hereof. <br /> ( c ) That the beauty salon operation be limited to <br /> the first floor and garage areas of the existing <br /> structure. <br /> (d) That the total number of employees of the <br /> beauty salon be limited to a total of four ( 4 ) at <br /> any one time. <br /> ( e) That any advertising sign for said beauty <br /> salon be limited to a non-illuminated sign not <br /> exceeding twelve by eighteen inches and attached <br /> flat against the outside wall of the existing <br /> structure. <br /> ( f ) That petitioner otherwise comply with all <br /> applicable building, construction, mechanical, and <br /> zoning codes and ordinances of the City of Decatur <br /> in the operation of said beautysalon. <br /> Section 4 .
