STAPdDARD PROVISIOPIS • 1 . The NWRY, for performance of its work, may bill the CITY monthly (in sets of 6) for the CI7Y'S share of the actual costs and expenses incurred. These progressive invoices may be rendered on the basis of the estimated that the bill percentage of the work completed. The CITY, after verifyin9 Q ercent is reasonable and proper, shall promptly reimburse the ND1RY for ..5 p of the amount billed, but not to exceed the amount agreed upon• ailed THE NWRY, upon the completion of its work, shall send the CITY a det f inal statement (in sets of 6) of its actual expense as incurred, including allowable additives.
