. . , <br /> EXCERPT <br /> CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MONDAY, OCTOBER 31 , 1983 <br /> On Monda October 31 1983 <br /> Y, , , the Cit Council of the Cit <br /> Y <br /> Y <br /> of Decatur, Illinois , met in regular meeting at 7 :30 P.M. in the <br /> City Council Chambers , One Civic Center Plaza, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Mayor Pro-Tem Carol A. Brandt presided in the absence of Mayor <br /> Gary K. Anderson; together with her being Councilmen Erik C. <br /> Brechnitz , Charles Harris , Jr. , William F. Oliver, Penny L. <br /> Severns and Nick Striglos. Six members of the Council were <br /> present and one was absent. Maybr Pro-Tem Brandt declared a ! <br /> quorum present. , <br /> * * * * * * ��, <br /> Ordinance No. 83-83, authorizing execution and delivery of <br /> of a first supplemental indenture of trust which supplements <br /> and amends the indenture of trust for $3 ,000 ,000 and $1 ,500, 000 <br /> Industrial Development Revenue Bonds for Season-All Industries, <br /> was presented and read. <br /> Councilman Severns moved the ordinance do pass and be adopted; <br /> seconded by Councilman Harris, and on call of the roll, Council- <br /> men Brandt, Brechnitz , Harris, Oliver, Severns and Striglos. voted <br /> aye. Mayor Pro-Tem Brandt declared the motion carried. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> There being no further business , Councilman Striglos moved <br /> the meeting be adjourned; seconded by Councilman Brechnitz , <br /> and on call of the roll , Councilmen Brandt, Brechnitz, Harris , <br /> Oliver, Severns and Striglos voted aye.
