The water furnished by City shall only be used for <br /> d�mestic nurposEs anc'. only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5 . At such time as said premises become contiguous to <br /> the cor�orate linits of City the then owners o� said premises <br /> shall �vithin ninety (90) days after receiving notice from City <br /> thereof_ petition to annex the same to the City. <br />
