BRINTLINGER to rezone premises described as : <br /> One-half acre off of the full South end of the <br /> n following described tract : That part of the <br /> East 1/2 of the North East 1/4 of the Northeast <br />, 1/4 of Section Four (4 ) , Township Sixteen ( 16 ) <br />� North, Range Two ( 2 ) East of the 3rd P.M. , <br /> described as follows, to-wit : Beginning at a <br /> point on the East line of said Section 4 , 529 <br /> feet south of the North East Corner of said <br /> Section 4 ; thence West 33 feet to the place of <br /> beginning, which point is now in the West line <br /> of the public highway running North and South, <br /> known as S.B. I . Route #48; thence West 260. 4 feet; <br /> thence South parallel to the present West line of <br /> said S.B. I.
