' Chapter 62.1 <br /> clean, of good apnearance and well painted. Each such vehicle <br /> shall be so tested semi-annually and a report of such test <br /> shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk. After any <br /> accident involving a Iivery vehicle, the Chief of Police may <br />� require that said livery vehicle again be tested at such <br /> official testing station. The City Manager �ay revoke or <br /> suspend the license of any livery vehicle not inspected and <br /> certified as herein nrovided or any livery vehicle which upon <br /> being tested as aforesaid fails to qualify for a certificate <br />� of safety or is found to be unclean, not of good apnearance, <br /> or not well painted. Licenses when so suspended or revoked <br /> shall not be reissued until said livery vehicle is ma.de to <br /> conforrs with the provisions of this Cha�ter. <br /> 9 . The Clerk shall deliver to the licensee a decal for <br /> each liverv vehicle licensed, which decal sha11 have printed <br /> thereon the words "Livery Vehicle" and the official license <br /> number and date of expiration of said Iivery vehicle license. <br /> Said decal shall be affixed to a conspicuous place visible <br /> from the outside of said vehicle for which said license is <br /> granted. <br /> 10 . Every livery vehicle licensed hereunder shall have the <br /> name of the oc�m.er thereof nlainly printed in letters at least <br /> one inch high on the rear panel of the trunk of said vehicleo <br /> 11.
