I <br /> 22, It shall be unla�aful for any licensed driver or <br /> operator of any vehicle, to misrepresent the name of his <br /> employer, or to knowingly receive or transnort any person, <br /> or persons , who intend to com�ait any unlawful act in said <br /> vehicle during the trip or at the termination thereof, <br /> whether within said vehicle or not, and it sha11 be unlaw- <br /> ful for any person to solicit or procure or to aid, or to <br /> assist in sol�citing, or procuring, any �erson to ride in <br /> any vehicle hereunder, with intent to commit any unlawful <br /> act therein during the trin or at the termination thereof, <br /> and upon conviction thereof, such driver shall have his <br /> license revoked in addition to any fine imposed. The livery <br /> vehicle shall not be used fcr the personal use of the <br /> operator or driver. <br /> 23 , Each ouerator is required to keep a lo� of each <br /> trip of each livery vehicle which must be kept available <br /> for the inspection of the Chief of Police or other municipal <br /> officers for a period of at least sixty (60) days . <br /> 24. (a) Any owner or driver of a motor vehicle not <br /> licensed as a livery vehicle in accordance with the pro- <br /> visions thereof, or where the license has been suspended <br /> or revoked, who operates said vehicle on the streets or <br /> nublic ways of the City for the purnose of carrying persons <br /> for hire or reward, shall, upon conviction be fined not moxe <br />
