RESOLUTION NO.R201 6-92 <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE ADDITIONAL MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS <br /> FOR MICROSURFACING OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS <br /> BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> CITY PROJECT 2015-24 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the additional sum of$80,000.00 of Motor <br /> Fuel Tax funds for the purpose of microsurfacing streets and highways under the applicable <br /> provisions of the Illinois Highway Code. <br /> Section 2. That only those streets, highways; and operations as listed and described as <br /> part of the 2016 Intergovernmental Microsurfacing Project, are eligible for Motor Fuel Tax funds <br /> and shall be designated as Section 15-00524-00-SC. <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the period as <br /> given above, submit to the Department of Transportation on forms furnished by said Department, <br /> a certified statement showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s) for <br /> this period; and <br /> Section 4.
