CITY OF DECATUR <br /> Section No.: 13-00325-00-BR <br /> Project No.: M-5169(053) <br /> Job No.: C-97-O51-15 <br /> Addenda#1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2 01 6-9 9 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT #1 TO <br /> LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL PARTICIPATION <br /> WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF <br /> MOUND ROAD BRIDGE OVER SPRING CREEK EAST <br /> CITY PROJECT 2013-25 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur endeavors to improve a segment of Mound Road at Mound <br /> Road Bridge Over Spring Creek East, (Structure No. 058-3037), that is approximately 0.01 miles in <br /> length and known to the Illinois Department of Transportation as MFT Section Number 13-00325-00- <br /> BR and State Job <br /> Number C-97-O51-15. <br /> WHEREAS, the cost of said improvement has necessitated the use of federal funds, and; <br /> WHEREAS, the federal fund source requires a match of local funds, and; <br /> WHEREAS, the use of federal funds requires a joint funding AGREEMENT with the <br /> Department of Transportation. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois authorizes Amendment#1 to <br /> the Local Public Agency Agreement for Federal Participation for an additional Eighty-Six Thousand, <br /> Two Hundred Fourteen and 00/100 Dollars ($86,214) in Federal funds, for a total amount of$818,214 <br /> in Federal funds, to cover the 80% of the awarded project cost of$1,022,768, for the completion of the <br /> aforementioned project known as MFT Section Number 13-00325-00-BR. <br /> Section 2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of$204,554 of State Motor Fuel Tax <br /> funds for the purpose of paying the City's share of Motor Fuel Tax eligible construction costs for the <br /> Mound Road Bridge Over Spring Creek East under the applicable provisions of the Illinois Highway <br /> Code. <br /> Section 3.
