� � , i • �{�CROf ILM�� , -, - _� , ORD INANCE NO. �J�(� ORDINAPICE AMENDING R-6 RESIDENCE DEVELOPN�NT PLAN - SHOREWOOD ESTATES - WHEREAS , on the lst day of September, 1983 , upon due notice, the Decatur Citv Plan Con�ission held a public hearing upon the netition of. Citizens National Bank of Decatur, Trustee under Trust ��3145 , to modify and a�end the provisions of the R-6 Residence Developr.ient Plan apnroved by Ordinance No . 7196 and subsequently amended by Ordinances P1o. 79-48 , 79-152 and 81-120 as to premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois , described on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a nart hereof; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recomtnend that the amendment and �odification of said R-6 Residence Development Plan as requested be authorized. NOj�T, THEREFOP.E, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1. That the report and recom�endation of the Decatur Cit�� Plan Com�ission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. � Section 2. That said Residence Develonment Plan be, and the - same is hereby, amended and modified and petitioner be, and hereby is , author�zed to develop the premises above-described in accord- ance ��ith the nlot plan hereto attached, marked Exhibit B, and hereby made a part hereof, and in no other ��ay. Section 3 . That except as modified by the provisions hereof, the heretofore ordained R-6 Residence Development Plan and the provisions o£ ordinance relating thereto as heretofore amended and modified remain in full force and effect and the same remain subject to all the conditions , limitations and restrictions set out in the ordinance aforesaid and the respective modifications and amendrients thereto.
