STOUTENBOROUGH to rezone premises <br /> described as : <br /> Lot Nine, the East 13.0 feet of Lot 8 and the West <br /> 9 . 01 feet of Lot 10; all in the Assessor' s P1at of <br /> part of the N.E. 1/4 of the SW 1/4 Section 34, <br /> Township 17 N, R.2 E of the 3rd P.M, as per plat <br /> recorded in Book 683 Page 280 of the records in <br /> the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Tllinois ; <br /> also the East 157.01 feet of the West 414.01 feet <br /> of the South one acre of the north six acres of <br /> Lot 1 of the Subdivision of Solomon 4�Tilliamson <br /> Estate , as per plat recorded in Book 335, page 196 <br /> of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois ; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAN!ILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission reco�nended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THER.EFORE, BE IT OR.DAINED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLIrdOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur Ca.ty <br /> Plan CoBunission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> , Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAS4ILY RESTDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> SINGLE FAPTILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois , co�only known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations , restrictions <br /> and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises <br /> above described herein. <br />
