STOUTENBOROUGH to rezone premises described as : Lot Nine, the East 13.0 feet of Lot 8 and the West 9 . 01 feet of Lot 10; all in the Assessor' s P1at of part of the N.E. 1/4 of the SW 1/4 Section 34, Township 17 N, R.2 E of the 3rd P.M, as per plat recorded in Book 683 Page 280 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Tllinois ; also the East 157.01 feet of the West 414.01 feet of the South one acre of the north six acres of Lot 1 of the Subdivision of Solomon 4�Tilliamson Estate , as per plat recorded in Book 335, page 196 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois ; from R-1 SINGLE FAN!ILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission reco�nended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THER.EFORE, BE IT OR.DAINED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLIrdOIS : Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur Ca.ty Plan CoBunission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. , Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAS4ILY RESTDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAPTILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois , co�only known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations , restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein.
