The distribution <br /> oF a Preliminary Official Statement by the Hospital either before <br /> or after the effective date of this ordinance is hereby approved. <br /> Section 6. That the form, terms and provisions of the <br /> proposed Purchase Contract be, and they hereby are, in all respects. <br /> approved, and that the Mayor and Clerk of the Municipality be, and <br /> are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute and deliver <br /> the Purchase Contract in the name and on behalf of the Municipality <br /> to the Hospital and the Underwriters; and that the Purchase Contract <br /> -6- . <br />
