That the form of the Bonds contained in the <br /> Indenture, sub,�ect to appropriate insertions and revisions in order <br /> to comply with the provisions of the Indenture be, and the same <br /> are hereby approved, and when the same shall be executed on behalf <br /> of the Municipa�.ity in the manner contemplated by the Indenture <br /> and this Ordinance, they shall represent the approved forms of <br /> the Honds of the Municipality. <br /> Section 9. That the Mayor and Clerk of the Municipality <br /> be and are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to issue and <br /> sell to the Underwriters not to exceed $22,500,000 principal amount <br /> of the Bonds, as provided in the Purchase Contract. <br /> Section Z0. That the actions of the Mayor, Clerk and <br /> Council of the Municipality heretofore taken in connection with <br /> the Bonds are hereby ratif ied and conf irmed. <br /> Section 11. That from and after the execution and <br /> delivery of said documents, the proper officials, agents and em- <br /> ployees of the Municipality are hereby authorized, empowered and <br /> directed to do all such acts and things and to execute all such <br /> documents as may be necessary to carry out and comply with the <br /> provisions of said documents as executed, and to further the <br /> purposes and intent of this Ordinance, including the preamble <br /> hereto. <br /> Section 12. That all acts and doings of the off icials II <br /> o�' the Municipality which are in conPormity with the purposes I <br /> and intent of this Ordinance and in furtherance of the issuance <br /> of the Bonds be, and the same are hereby in all respects, approved <br /> and conf irmed. <br /> -8- <br />
