The Municipality will promptly and without <br /> delay supply to the Escrow Agent, within five (5) days after <br /> receipt of its written request , the names and addresses of the <br /> holders of the Prior Bonds registered as to principal upon the <br /> books of registration in the office of the Treasurer of the <br /> Municipality under the provisions of the ordinance authorizing <br /> the Prior Bonds . <br /> Section 4. 04. All payments to be made by, and all <br /> acts and things required to be done by, the Escrow Agent under <br /> , <br /> the terms and provisions hereof shall be made and done by said <br /> Escrow Agent without any f urther direction or authority of the <br /> Municipality or Treasurer. <br /> ARTICLE V. AMENDMENTS, REINVESTMENT OF <br /> FUNDS, IRREVOCABILITY OF AGREEMENT <br /> Section 5 .01 . This Agreement may be amended or supple- <br /> mented, the Government Securities or any portion thereof sold or <br /> redeemed, or invested or reinvested in any manner provided (any <br /> such amendment, supplement, direction to sell or redeem or invest <br /> to be referred to as a "Subsequent Action") , upon submission to <br /> the Escrow Agent of each of the following: <br /> ( 1 ) Certified copy of proceedings of the Corporate <br /> Authorities of the Municipality authorizing the Subsequent Action <br /> EA15 <br />
