M. <br /> in the City Council Chambers , One Civic Center Plaza, Decatur, <br /> . Illinois. Mayor Gary K. Anderson pr'esided; together with him <br /> being Councilmen Carol A. Brandt, Erik C. Brechnitz, Charles <br /> Harris, Jr. , William F. Oliver, Penny L. Severns and Nick <br /> Striglos. All seven members of the Council were present and <br /> none were absent. Mayor Anderson declared a quorum present. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> Ordinance No. 83-47, authorizing and directing the <br /> execution of an Escrow Agreement in connection with the <br /> issue of $12, 760,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, <br /> Series 1983, of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois , <br /> was presented and read. <br /> Councilman Brechnitz moved the ordinance do pass and be <br /> adopted; seconded by Councilman Brandt, and on call of the roll, <br /> Councilmen Brandt, Brechnitz , Harris , Oliver, Severns, Striglos <br /> and Mayor Anderson voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion <br /> carried. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> There bein no further business Councilman Brech ' <br /> g , nitz <br /> moved the meeting be adjourned; seconded by Councilman Harris, <br /> and on call of the <br /> roll , Councilmen Brandt, Brechnitz , Harris , <br /> Oliver, Severns , Striglos and Mayor Anderson voted aye.
