Dalluge and Mary Dalluge requesting that there <br /> be annexed to the City territory described as : <br /> The West Half of the East Half of the East Half ot the <br /> L�?est Half of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter <br /> of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30 Township 16 <br /> North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. ; <br /> kTHEREAS , it aupears said petition is signed by the owners of <br /> record of all land within such territory and by at least SI'/o of <br /> the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous <br /> to the Citv and not within the corporate limits of any City, Village <br /> or incorporated town or other municipality; and, <br /> [AhiEREAS , notice of intention to take action for annextion has <br /> been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR.DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and <br /> the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> �aith all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are hereby, <br /> annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois , a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 4. That the City Clerk cause certified copies of this <br /> ordinance to be respectively filed with the County Clerk and recorded <br /> bv �he Recorder of Deeds of.
