� � ' �s� L�"�� r jy ORDINANCE P10, g 3- I � �R.DINANCE GRANTIr1G SPECIAL USE PERMIT - �iISTORIC N�IGHBORHOOD US� - LAW OFFICE BUILDING 4J�iEREAS, on the 3rd day of March, 1983 , upon due notice , the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Norris Shane, Stephen J. Allison and James R. Gollings for a Special Use Permit to operate a law office building as an Historic Neighborhood Use under the provisions of Section XXI of the Zoning Ordinance on the following described premises : The East 11 feet of Lot Five (5) , the West 42 1/3 feet , The North 65 feet of the East 34 feet, and the South 125 feet of the West 12 feet of the East 34 feet of Lot Six (6) , all in Block Three (3) of the Western Addition to I the City of Decatur , as per Plat recorded in Book 11, ' Page 103 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that such Special Use Permit be granted; and, j��iEREAS , said petition supported by plans and drawings was timely filed with the Historical and Architectural Sites Cor_unission. IQO�•?, THEP�EFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section l . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received , placed on iile and approved. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter set out , a Special Use Permit for the operation of a law office building as an Historic Neighborhood Use on the premises aforesaid be , and the same is hereby, granted to petitioners aforesaid• Section 3 . That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows : (a) That the parking lot and driveways to be located on said premises be constructed as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
