i . , , ., <br />{ <br />� (a) The Authority shall obtain from the Director of the Illinois Department <br /> of Commerce and Community Affairs a Recertification ("Recertification") that the <br /> Authority is eligible for State financial support in the form of payment of principal <br /> and interest on $1 ,497,000.00 of revenue bonds issued by the Authority, the <br />; proceeds of which bonds shall be used by the Authority in the City of Decatur, <br /> pursuant to Section 4 of the Metropolitan Civic Center Support Act. <br /> t ' <br /> I � � <br /> (b) The Authority will use the funds received by it from the State of Illinois <br />, <br /> as a result of the sale of the revenue bonds described in paragraph 3(a) hereof <br /> pursuant to the Act for the acquisition and renovation of the real estate as an <br /> additional facility included in the Civic Center as described in paragraph I(b) <br /> of the Intergovernmental Agreement. <br /> c The Authorit will a to the Cit at the closing as hereinafter defined <br /> ( ) Y P Y Y <br /> the sum of $1 ,059,000.00 for the conveyance by the �ity to the Authority of the <br /> rea 1 estate. <br /> 4. Undertakin�s on the Part of the City.
