ORDINANCE N0. � � - 0' S� P,�;� AN ORDINA.NCE REZONING PROPERTY ��tf��'��wk` ��I�iEREAS , on the 3rd day of February, 1983 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the netition of CHARLES CHERCHES, Director of the Department of Co�nunity Developnent, to rezone preLnises described as Tracts A, B and C as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof , fro� R-1 SINGLE FAP�!ILY RESIDEPJCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT IPIDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, or M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and, ��THEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Coammission recommended that the praver of said petition be granted. �tOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That said premises described as Tracts A and B be, and they are hereby, rezoned fro� R-1 SITJGLE FAI�IILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to P�-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. Section 3 . That said premises described as Tract C be, and it is hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1, LIGIiT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. Section 4. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance �Pdo. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois , cor�monly known as the Zoning Qrdinance, and all the provisions , regulations , restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the preLnises above described herein. Section 5. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning r'�ap as in such Ordinance No . 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, a.�ended and changed as herein set forth.
