� � � N ` y ` ��i.�� > � 3��F� .,. : ORDINANCE NO. � �r � l AN ORDINATJCE REZONTPZG PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 6th day of January, 1983 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of LEIHSER OIL CO3 to rezone premises described as : Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) of '[Jestlake Addition of Out Lots to the City of Decatur as per Plat recorded in Book 335 at page 546 of the records in the Recorder' s Office ot Macon County, Illinois , from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESID�NCE to M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and, jaHEREAS , said Leihser Oil Co. further petitioned at said hearing to use said described premises for the purpose of bul.k storage of propane for distribution; and, W�iEREAS, the Building Inspector and the Chief of the Fire Department have approved the use of said premises for such purpose; and, j�I�iEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayers of said Petitions be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUI�TCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1, That the reco�nendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE, FAMTLY RFSIDENCE to M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. Section 3 . That said described premises be , and they are hereby approved for the use of bulk storage of propane for distribution, subject to applicable require�ents of the Zoning Ordinance. . Section 4. Tha� the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations , restrictions ,
