Trustee and the revenues and receipts derived from the Agreement, <br /> the Note and the Letter of Credit, which revenues and receipts <br /> shall be used for no other purpose than to pay the principal of <br /> and interest on the Bonds , except as may be expressly authorized <br /> otherwise in this Ord�nance, the Agreement and the Indenture. �' <br /> The Bonds and the obligation to pay interest thereon do not now <br /> and shall never constitute an indebtedness or a loan of credit of <br /> the Issuer, the State of Illinois or any political subdivision <br /> thereof, or a charge agajnst their general taxing powers , with� n <br /> the meaning of any constitutional or statutory provisions of the <br /> State of Illinois . <br /> SALE OF THE BONDS : EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS <br /> Section 5. ( a ) The sale to the Purchaser of the Bonds <br /> pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Bond Purchase Agreement <br /> is hereby approved by this City Council . <br /> (b) The Agreement , the Indenture and the Bond Purchase <br /> Agreement is substantially the form in which the same have been <br /> presented to this City Councjl and which are now on file in the <br /> official records of the Issuer are hereby authorjzed and approved . <br /> The Ftayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> the Agreement, the Indenture, the Bonds and the Bond Purchase <br /> Agreement for and on behalf of the Issuer , and the City Clerk is <br /> hereby authorized to attest the same and to affix thereto the <br /> corporate seal of the Issuer. <br /> -6- <br />
