� . • . <br /> .. • <br /> approval of any and all changes, modifications, additions or <br /> deletions therein from the form and content of the Bank Bond <br /> Purchase Agreement now before this meeting , and that, from <br /> and after the execution, attestation, sealing and delivery of <br /> the Bank Bond Purchase Agreement, the Mayor or the Mayor pro <br /> tem and the City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized, empowered and directed to do all such acts and <br /> things and to execute all such documents as may be necessary <br /> to carry out and comply with the provisions of the Bank Bond <br /> Purchase Agreement as executeci. <br /> Section 7. That the Mayor or the Mayor pro tem and the <br /> City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk of the City be and they <br /> hereby are authorized to execute and deliver for and on <br /> behalf of the City any and all additional certificates, <br /> documents, opinions or other papers and perform all other <br /> acts (including without limitation the filing of any <br /> financing statements or any other documents to create and <br /> maintain a security interest on the properties and revenues <br /> pledged under the Indenture) as they may deem necessary or <br /> appropriate in order to implement and carry out the intent <br /> and purposes of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 8. The Bonds shall not constitute an <br /> indebtedness of the City or a loan or credit thereof within <br /> the meaning of any constitutional or statutory provisions. - <br /> Section 9. That this Ordinance does hereby incorporate <br /> by reference as though fully set out herein the provisions of <br /> the Enabling Ordinance. <br /> Section 10 . That the provisions of this Ordinance are <br /> hereby declared to be separable and, if any section, phrase <br /> or provision shall for any reason be declared to be invalid, <br /> such declaration shall not affect the validity of the re- <br /> mainder of the sections, phrases or provisions. <br /> Section 11.
