The purpose of the inspection was to esti- <br /> mate the enhancement that would accrue to the recipient of the land <br /> if vacated. <br /> The survey as furnished shows a tract of land of approximately 8,121 <br /> sq. ft. adjoining Lot 1 of King's Cove Addition to the City of Decatur, <br /> Book 1575, page 187 of the Recorders in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois . It appears the Land could not be used as a building <br /> site due to the shape and size and parts may be subject to flooding. <br /> The indicated zoning is City R-2, One Family Residential with minimum <br /> 9,000 sq. ft. 1ot size. <br /> We feel the advantage to the recipient would only be an increase in ', <br /> lot size and would not result in an additional lot. !� <br />
