V ' FOREST CREST - APPLEWOOD SPECIAL ASSESShiENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT Permanent easements for the construction, maintenance, reconstruc- tion and replacement of the sanitary sewers and appurtenances are required, as well as temporary easements for construction purposes only, with said permanent and temporary easements being described hereafter, together with the real estate over and across which said easements are required. TRACT I A permanent easement 50 feet in width over and across property described as the West 300 feet of Lot 3 of Assessor ' s Subdivision of the Nortfieast 4 of the Northeast 4 of Section 29, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M, , with the centerline of said permanent easement being described as follows : Beginning at a point on the North line of said premises, which said point is 150 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence Souther].y and parallel with the taest line of said Tract a distance of 470 feet. TRACT II A permanent easement over and across premises described as the East 10 feet of Lot 33 of Applewood Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 300 , page 185 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois . Also, a temporary easement for construction purposes only over the East 20 feet of the aforesaid Lot 33 .
