MICROFi�l��p <br /> ORDINANCE NO. D�—�1 � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING <br /> TEN-HOUR METERED ZONE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That in accordance with and subject to the appli- <br /> � cable provisions of Chapter 30 of the City Code, when appropriate <br /> parking meters are installed thereat , vehicle parking on the south <br /> side of Washington Street from its intersection with the east right-of <br /> way-line of Church Street to a point 160 feet east thereof shall be <br /> permitted and shall be limited to a continuous maximum period of <br /> ten hours , and said portion of said Washington Street be, and the <br /> same is hereby, designated as a ten-hour parking zone. <br /> Section 2. That parking meters shall be installed in said <br /> zone which shall register not to exceed ten hours from the inser- <br /> tion of the appropriate coins at the rate of one-half hour for <br /> each nickel , one hour for each dime, and two hours for each quar- <br /> ter of coin of the United States of America. <br /> Section 3 . That said meters shall be used and said maximum <br /> time limit shall be observed between the hours of 8 : 00 A.M. and <br /> 6 :00 P.T1. daily, except Sundays and those holidays specified in <br /> Cha�ter 30 of the City Code. <br /> Section 4. That the provisions of all ordinances or parts of <br /> ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance inso- <br /> far as the same are in conflict with said provisions be , and the <br /> same are hereby repealed. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APP�OVED and RECORDED this day <br /> of September, �982. <br /> MAYO <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CIT CLERK <br /> PUBLISHED this s�„�'" of _, 1982. <br /> � <br /> CIT C <br />
