(b) That parking for said photographic studio <br /> be provided on said premises as shown on the site <br /> - plan thereof marked Exhibit B, attached hereto and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br /> (c) That the parking area provided as shown on <br /> Exhibit B hereto be paved with a minimum of two inches <br /> Class I asphalt over a six inch aggregate base, and <br /> that said parking area be screened along the east and <br /> west lines by a four foot fence or screening hedge. <br /> (d) That any advertising sign for such photo- <br /> graphic studio located on said premises be limited <br /> to a non-illuminated sign having a maximum overall <br /> size of 500 square inches and be attached either to <br /> a post located in the front yard or to the front of <br /> the existing building. <br /> (e) That petitioner otherwise comply with all <br /> applicable building, construction, mechanical and <br /> zoning codes and ordinances of the City of Decatur <br /> in the operation of said photographic studio. <br /> Section 4 : That said Special Use Permit granted hereby be, <br /> and it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and <br /> requirements of Ordinance No. 3512 the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois and that the Zoning <br /> Map of said City be amended in accordance herewith. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED and RECORDED this ��day of <br /> , 1982 . <br /> MA OR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � <br /> CITY C RK <br />
