Al1en, City Manager <br /> FROM: �, 1 Charles Cherches , Director <br /> �'��Department of Community Development <br /> SUBJECT: Woodford Homes Petition to Amend <br /> S�pecial Use Permit - Timari Court lots 1 & 2 <br /> As you will note in the minutes pertaining to the Woodford <br /> Homes petition, staff ' s- recommendation of approval was <br /> based on the premise that the structure and inhabitants will <br /> remain the same as originally proposed under the Special <br /> Use Permit . <br /> Only the licensing body will be changed, as the specifics <br /> of the Mental Health Department standards for licensure of <br /> community residential alternatives will differ from the <br /> Public Health Department Intermediate Care Facility/Developmental <br /> Disabilities standards. - <br /> I have received a document "Regulatory Comparison" comparing <br /> the standards of the Public Health Department Standards and <br /> the Mental Health Department Standards, and am enclosing it for <br /> your information. I requested Mr. Wilkerson 's comments on <br /> the licensure comparison and he also submitted a separate <br /> comparison. This document is also enclosed. <br /> I have on file a document entitled: "Title 59 Mental Health, <br /> Chapter 1 : Department of Mental Health and Developmental <br /> Disabilities.
