' ���� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. o�— 7� <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING DEED <br /> PREMISE EAST AND ADJACENT TO <br /> LOT 41 OF LAKE BEACH ADDITION-COX <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section I. That the deed presented to the Council herewith <br /> conveying to the owners of Lot 41 of Lake Beach Addition the <br /> therein described strip of land approximately twenty feet in <br /> width east and adjacent to said lot be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said deed <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3 . That upon receipt by the City of the consideration � <br /> set out in said deed the City Manager be, and he is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to cause the same to be delivered to Irvin <br /> G. Cox and Janice G.
