M��,�oF� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � - 7� �M�'Q <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> NORTH WATER STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are <br /> provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is hereby, <br /> prohibited at all times on either sides of Water Street from <br /> the north right of way line of Garfield Avenue north to the <br /> corporate limits . <br /> Section 2 .
