� <br /> .�,{ � <br /> MONDAY, JUNE 21 , 1982 <br /> On Monday, June 21 , 1982 , the City Council of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, met in regular meeting at 7 : 30 P. M. in their <br /> regular place of ineeting, being the City Council Ch.ambers, One-Civic <br /> Center Plaza, Decatur, Illinois. Mayor Pro-Tem Carol A. Brandt pre- <br /> sided in the absence of Mayor Elmer W. Walton; together with her being <br /> Councilmen Erik C. Brechnitz, Charles Harris, Jr. , G]illiam F. Oliver, <br /> Nick Striglos and James A. Turner. Six members of the Council were <br /> present and one was absent. Mayor Pro-Tem Brandt declared a quorum <br /> present. <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> 7- Ordinance No. 82-67 , providing for the issuance of Economic <br /> Development Bonds to J.G.W. Development Co. for the Ambassador <br /> Motor Inn Project, was presented and read. <br /> Councilman Oliver moved the ordinance do pass and be adopted; <br /> seconded by Councilman Brechnitz , and on call of the roll , <br /> Councilmen Brandt, Brechnitz , Harris, Oliver, Striglos and Turner <br /> voted aye. Mayor Pro-Tem Brandt declared the motion carried. <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> Tk�ere being no further business, Councilman Oliver moved the <br /> meeting be adjourned; seconded by Councilman Brechnitz, and on call <br /> of the ro11, Councilmen Brandt, Brechnitz , Harris, Oliver, Striglos <br /> and Turner voted aye.
