changes or revisions therein from the Bond Purchase Agreement <br /> - before this meeting; and that from and after the execution and <br /> delivery of the Bond Purchase Agreement, the officials, agents and <br /> employees of the Municipality are hereby authorized, empowered and <br /> directed to do all such acts and things necessary to carry out and <br /> comply with the provisions of the Bond Purchase Agreement. <br /> Section 12 . That the form, terms and provisions of the <br /> proposed Disposition Agreement be, and they hereby are, in all <br /> respects approved, and that the Mayor and City Clerk of the Muni- <br />� cipality be, and hereby are, authorized, empowered and directed to <br /> execute, acknowledge and deliver the Disposition Agreement in the <br /> name and on behalf of the Municipality; and that the Disposition <br /> Agreement is to be in substantially the form before this meeting <br /> and hereby approved or with such changes therein as shall be <br /> approved by the officials of the Municipality executing the same, <br /> their executions thereof to constitute conclusive evidence of <br /> their approval of any and all changes or revisions therein from <br /> the form of Disposition Agreement before this meeting; and that <br /> o the Dis osition <br /> from and after the execution and delivery f p <br /> Agreement, the officials, agents, and employees of the Municipality <br /> are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to do all such acts <br /> and things and to execute all such documents as may be necessary <br /> to carry out and comply with the provisions of the Disposition <br /> Agreement as executed. <br /> Section 13 . The sale of the Bonds to George K. Baum & <br /> Company at a price equal to the principal amount thereof plus <br /> accrued interest from June 1, 1982 to the date or dates of delivery <br /> is hereby approved. <br /> -9- <br />
