. ��� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � _ �j <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> ^ CENTER AND POOLE � <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Center Street <br /> approaching Poole Street from either the east or west shall <br /> stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on Poole Street <br /> which have entered the intersection of said streets or <br /> which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an <br /> immediate hazard, but said driver having so stopped and yielded <br /> the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs . <br /> Section 2.
