82-60 AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT

(b) That said drilling site and storage tanks be enclosed by a fence at least 8 feet in height so as to prevent access thereto by other than authorized personnel during oil drilling and producing periods ; and, (c) That petitioner keep on file with the City Clerk at all times during which said oil well is being drilled or is producing a certificate evidencing a valid contract of insurance between the petitioner and a company - authorized to do business in this state providing general liability coverage with limits not less than $500 ,000 per occurrence for property damage and $500 ,000 per occurrence for bodily injury. Section 4. That upon the conditions hereinabove set out, the aforesaid R-3 Residence Development Plan authorized and amended as aforesaid be , and the same is hereby, modified and further amended so as to allow the drilling for and production of oil upon said premises as shown on E�ibit B hereto. • Section 5 . That said Special Use Permit granted hereby, be, and it is herebyF inade subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512 , the same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended to show the granting and existence of this special permit. - Section 6 . That except as modified by the provisions hereof , the heretofore ordained R-3 Residence Development Plan and the provisions of ordinance relating thereto as heretofore amended and modified remain in full force and effect and the same remain subject to all the conditionsf limitations , and restrictions set out in the ordinance aforesaid and the respective modifications and amend- ments thereto.
