That Sections 2 and 3 of Ordinance No. 5477 <br /> be, and the same are hereby, amended so that as amended said <br /> Sections 2 and 3 provide as follows ; <br /> Section 2. That such courtesy parking be, and it <br /> is hereby, restricted to Motor Vehicle Parking System <br /> Garages and Lots at such times as space is available <br /> there�n and not being used for the parking of vehicles <br /> at the normal and customary rates and charges. <br /> Section 3.
