����i���� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> ORDTNANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CONSTRUCTION P,ND HOUSING BOARD OF APPEALS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br />_ Section l. That Section 3 of Chapter 20 of the City <br /> Code be , and the same is hereby, amended so that as amended <br /> said Section 3 provides as follows : <br /> 3. An appeal may be taken within ten days from <br /> the date of the decision appealed from by filing with <br /> the City Clerk a notice in writing specifying the <br /> decision appealed from and the grounds therefor together <br /> with a filinq fee of $10. 00. Upon receipt of such <br /> notice filed as required herein, the City Clerk shall <br /> transmit the same to said Board and to the Director of <br /> Community Development and said Director shall transmit <br /> to the Board all papers , documents or other instruments <br /> upon which the action appealed from was taken. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this ��aay of <br /> May, 1982 . <br /> '�' �� :�. �,��- <br /> MAYOR;� G v�Tc `�� <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ITY ERK <br />
