���ROFIL�AEO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �- S 3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> 26th STREET AND PRAIRIE STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on 26th Street <br /> approaching Pra�rie Street from either the north or south <br /> shall stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on Prairie <br /> Street which have entered the intersection of said streets or <br /> which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an <br /> immediate hazard, but said driver having so stopped and yielded <br /> the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval <br /> occurs. <br /> Section 2 .
